From a Distance
I had a walk with one of my photographic friends this morning, which was wonderful because we both kept stopping to take pictures. Her Welsh collie seems to know the drill if a camera is involved and goes off and lies down quietly after a sniff around.
There were lots of butterflies, bees and grasshoppers in the set-aside area which was sheltered from the wind and whilst I thought none was in focus when I looked at them without my glasses on, they were actually quite good.
I decided on this one because it has a newly thatched cottage and cows in the distance, and I don't get the opportunity to take many real country scenes.
