Low Down

Much cooler start to the day with low level cloud cover obscuring many of the mountain tops and intermittently giving glimpses of the higher altitudes.

Adding to this, as the sun picked up strength from above the cloud, layers of mist started to evaporate from tree lines. This happened randomly across the wooded hillsides as you could watch the cloud tentacles reach out and up towards the sky.
