Shelf Life

I found this "cat shelf" at a sidewalk sale and knew immediately where it belonged. At first I mounted it too high on the wall, and it brought in no furry takers. After about a month I re-mounted it about a foot lower, and within a few days, Max had occupied it and made it his own turf. Sometimes the big bruiser simply looks out on his realm like this, and sometimes he lays out and lets his supple body drip over the edges.

The new shelf is a big hit with both felines and humans!
