Mosteirinho - Viseu - Portugal

Eiffel (yes, the one of the tower in Paris) lived in Portugal for sometime.
He was commissioned dozens of iron works, mainly bridges, for the railway system who was being built in Portugal at the time.
Most of his work disappeared meanwhile with the modernisation of the stations and lines.
