Big isn't it?

Heathrow again today. No need for Sat Nav as this is my third visit in almost as many weeks. In fact I was at our meeting point before Charlie, my contact this morning - usually I am busy getting lost around one of the perimeter roads!

As usual when I visit an airport, I am like a little boy looking round a sweet shop. They never cease to amaze me. And today, I aked permission to photograph one of the planes in for 'service'. I managed to get a number of shots all around and underneath and decided on this one for my blip today. One shot was a close-up of one of the engines which is worth a cool £5m! And there were about 12 'spare' engines in one of the service bays I walked past.

Also, as usual when I visit Heathrow, it was a very positive day. I was there to examine two LGV Instructors. Both passed with flying - excuse the pun - colours.

Enjoyed my day but as ever, glad to leave the city behind and get home again.
