PEAK'd?

Av and I made it back to the gym today, for the first time since May last year!

I can't believe it's been so long, no wonder I was knackered once we'd finished!

We just have to keep going now!

I do like the Peak sports village(?) in Stirling. It's not been open quite a year yet, good facilities, gym, classes, a climbing wall and an ice rink (I think I'm watching too much Dancing on Ice, I want a go!)

I will try and go again before work on Friday ... watch this space ...
