Well, as the football pundits might say, it's been a weekend of two halves. Yesterday was sunny and scorchingly hot. Today wasn't.

Yesterday we went to The Walker Art Gallery to see Grayson Perry's absolutely wonderful series of tapestries - The Vanity of Small Differences - a contemporary Rake's Progress which looks at class, social mobility, taste and culture in today's Britain. We loved it to bits and have been discussing it ever since...

Today Spokes has been suffering with a really nasty cold and the weather seems to have been reflecting that!
