First day briefing

Briefing at the Salle de Fete, with coffee and breakfast included as well as lunch it turns out. Would have been better to know beforehand!

After a long drawn out briefing it was up to the Chabre for a very windy 90km task.

Hard going, for myself anyway, but still happy to be down safe at 58km. Good field, lots of other pilots and a streamer. It was howling! Check out rnhunt at livetrack24.com.

Will be interesting to see if my position of 43 (of 116 pilots) based initially on world ranking goes up or down when the scores are all in.

And now relax ... to do it all again tomorrow.
