With a Little Help from my Friends

The Ross Taylor Surf Contest is held annually to commemorate a brave surfer, who survived a shark attack, but succumbed to cancer approximately 10 years later. Faced with massive medical bills, a surfing contest was held by his friends and family to alleviate the financial stress.

After his death, the contest continues, and all proceeds are donated to Hospice.

I took many images today, but this one is special. After all, we need a little help from our friends sometimes.
