Another look at our flying friend

Still strugglingwith back problem & sciatica, but I'm studying insects at the moment, especially hoverflies & dragonflies, which is giving me plenty to exercise the brain (and photo ops without bending!).
Have discovered the world of hoverflies isn't entirely straightforward, some species only differ by a well- placed leg stripe, or a fat thigh. This guy could be one of three, depending on the lumps around his armpit!
