What A Difference A Day Makes

After yesterday's torrential rain today turned warm and sunny. As predicted however there were landslides and localised flooding.

I've blipped this view a few times over the years but there is usually a bridge over the burn here. It was washed downstream by the force of the water which also decimated the wildflowers that were doing particularly well this year.

Fortunately the bridge is in one piece just downstream. and will be put back in due course.
