There's a pairing going on here; this side of the former Jaguar garage has a large Deli, with a couple of smaller Cigs for company; the opposite side has a large Cigs and a couple of smaller Deli's for company; another example of what appears to be the pair of rascals working in tandem.

Simple white spray paint on dark tongue and groove wood; the left hand one presumably done one handed whilst hanging off the building the right hand one more typical / usual with upper case lettering, bar the lower case 'i'; double underlined.

Looks like a case of selecting a prime visible location - it's a busy busy road and junction here - and slapping up the tags for all to see.
