Imagine...

...how good this picture would be if I had a better camera! It was so frustrating to have this fellow posing for me and not being able to get a clear picture. Anyway, I am 90% sure this is a Cooper's Hawk , but could be a Sharp-shinned. He is the reason we took down our backyard birdfeeders but, as you can see, he is still getting our little birds. We spotted him in our maple tree this morning. :'(
