At long last one of our sunflowers has popped.
Regular watering has sent this one up to over six feet and the others are not too far behind.
Quite a productive day today. As I now have a date for the hip op (31st August), we took an early run into Glasgow to check out the route to the hospital. Much easier than I had feared.
Another pleasant day, mild and sunny. Hope the storm thing doesn't affect anyone.
