Fresh eggs & family

We are spending a week in Cheshire with our son and his three girls (our grandchildren) while up his other 3 girls (his hens) stay at home and, hopefully, continue to lay their eggs! He was kind enough to bring some home produce with him so I suspect it might be poached eggs for breakfast. These bantam eggs in a "large" egg box look a bit lost but I'm sure they taste good!
