Athletics...

I think it started around the Olympics but her interest was reignited during the Commonwealth games and we finally got round to doing something about it.

We took Bethany up to try athletics with the Dunfermline Track and Field club.

I was so impressed with her. She's usually rather timid about these things ands she was here but she participates with gusto inspite of very small groups of strangers.

I watched her do some running and some high jump. She was Fosbury Fl opp ing her heart out.
