Better large.

A bit of a mess frankly. There have been rumours of regeneration schemes for some time, but no clear indication of when/what. The harbour area needs a big tidy-up and the town centre is difficult to access due to the one way system whirling round it. Once you do get to the High St, it's less than enticing.

The French owners of the harbour threaten to depart and take their ferries elsewhere. Yet it's an interesting place, and has a long history. (No shortage of blip opportunities either.)
