Art and Social Interaction

The Andy Warhol Museum, Sandusky Street, Pittsburgh, PA

Human beings are born solitary, but everywhere they are in chains - daisy chains - of interactivity. Social actions are makeshift forms, often courageous, sometimes ridiculous, always strange. And in a way, every social action is a negotiation, a compromise between 'his,' 'her' or 'their' wish and yours. - Andy Warhol

I was on a mission today, and drove through three states: New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio to take my nephews Franco and Michael back home. Then I thought to myself Pittsburgh is only two hours away, so packed a bag for the night.

My first stop was The Andy Warhol Museum as I am a big fan of his creative mind and the way he lived his life. While at the Museum, I got talking to one of the curators and presto dinner companion. He and his partner show me around . I love meeting like minded and creative people, it makes life so much more fun.
