Embossed Hydrangea

It was a disastrous "Taste of India" meal last evening. This was supposed to be an introduction to authentic regional food our friends could expect on their trips to India later in the year. However, it was tepid and certainly not cooked on the premises.

My artist friend has given me a beautiful picture of Cley Windmill (Norfolk), which she painted from the birthday card she also gave me. It really is very pretty.

Nothing I have photographed this morning has met my exacting standards, so I apologise for the "mucked about" hydrangea, which has been given an embossed look.
