It's OK
Am learning to be okay with things including poses that I can't do yet and life problems and relationships and everything else..
I've been pushing myself in fixing things and making things workout in a speedy time when what I should be doing is learning to let go.. and be calm and not push things and be patience... and enjoy the process..
All these unsolved problems will be fix in rue time with better solutions.. thats what practicing yoga meant...
Am still learning... its a my journey.. enjoy!!
