Deserved treat

Bike to work this morning. Starting to get a bit chilly. Had a good ride in. IT didn't managed bike in as he buggered his gears trying to fix them last night.
Finished work and rode home. Got in and changed before going out to do a 7.5K run. Times not bad on both the run and bike. Feeling a bit happier about Gullane now.
J is way in London so beer and pizza for tea.
