Flooding

I went into Saffron Walden this morning to get my nails done and had breakfast in The Courtyard; I usually go with my daughter, but she was busy elsewhere today. Durng the afternoon I sorted more photographs and then in the late afternoon we had torrential rain. After it had stopped raining I took this photograph of the flooding on my ‘One Street’ it was three or four inches deep in places. It was just as bad at the back of the house where the building work is being carried out as can be seen here.
