Soy milk ramen

Today I had some vegan soy milk ramen. It was weird but really delicious and very filling.
The owner, although not a vegetarian himself, doesn't like the idea of cooking with meat, so he decided to start making ramen with soy milk. While this isn't the only shop that makes it, this ramen is hard to come by.
