Beach

We went to Robin Hood's Bay today. What a lovely wee place. So picturesque. We were all set to spend the afternoon on the beach there. However, we walked all the way down the steep hill from the car park, admiring the shops and cafés, armed with buckets and spades, only to find the tide was in and it is impossible to reach the beach with a buggy.

If the tide was out we could have accessed the beach with the buggy quite easily.

We had ice creams and then hiked all the way back up to the car again.

Kerr was disappointed we missed our beach trip so we went to the North Bay in Scarborough instead. Lots of fun was had despite it being fairly busy.
