Tired tortoise . .

Meet Fred. Fred is staying with us again, he's been a regular guest over the last few years. He's around 90 years old and very set in his ways. He wakes, gets warm under his lamp, has a bath (not too hot and just the right depth), has a cuddle and a wipe down in his fluffy towel then gets on with his food.
He's such a character and loves cuddles and getting attention. If he's in a grump he stretches his front legs and sticks his head right out and stomps. It's so funny to watch. He adores you hand feeding him.
He's been in my sis in laws family for 40+ years and the vet reckons he was already quite old when they got him. He's now warming under his lamp before bed. (Hence the tired tortoise look).
Love this guy, he's amazing.
