Sitka spruce harvest

Whilst up in Craigvinean forest on the quad bike this afternoon, Bill captured this
great shot of freshly cut trees waiting to be uplifted to our local sawmill.

The lorries still can't access these forest tracks yet as the snow that fell at Christmas time has begun to melt.

Rotated the image for a different viewpoint and love the dusting of snow on the logs.
