Meting

Hi Boss,

We had a staff meeting at the factory this evening and the following were present Alepher, Linda, Benja, William, Alfred and Steven. We discussed the following:

-New pump installation
-Materials

Other new areas are in Kansasiri several kilometers from Loungo.

We have communicated with Florence to arrange a meeting with the GVH, the village heads and the pump team together with myself and the model pump.

The aim of the meeting

1. Introduce Wells for Zoe to them,
2. Show them the model pump
3. Explain to them the part that they are going to play
4 Explain to them that it is time for them to start digging.

The date is not yet set but everything is in process.
