Looking down on the Lacs de Fenêtre

One of the most stunning walks we have done in this area above the Grand St. Bernard Pass, is around the 3 lakes you can see here. Today we ran a bit of a gauntlet going along the ridge above the lakes before the announced storms broke. We were home by then and even had the washing done! Large for TonyG to identify the cushion flowers growing in abundance on the ridge.
