Asian Wings

My son's favourite food is chicken wings, so to celebrate having him back home I have decided to put them on as tonight's special. Seasoned with a Cajun spice and then tossed in soy, lime and sweet chilli they are sticky, sweet, spicy and lovely! I have a feeling they will be popular.

It was so nice having Gill and the kids home last night, not least because it meant I could finally sleep in my own bed. Without Gill around, the bed felt weird so I slept on the couch while they were away. I can't wait to actually spend some time with them now. Roll on Monday!
