Tatete Tropézienne
I found this little devil in a patisserie whilst wandering through the streets of Saint Tropez. This little tarte is the tarte Tropézienne, made from a brioche dough, filled with a thick custard and topped with sugar crystals. Note that this is a babytrop - they are usually FAR bigger than this!
