Lost And Found

"What is this I am looking at", you may ask! Well, look very carefully!

I was invited to dinner with some friends. After we ate we were sitting in the garden and Dolly went exploring, as she always does. She is so curious and has to check out every corner of a garden. I always have to make sure there are no gaps in the fence because if there are, she will find them within about 2 minutes! It's not that she wants to run away; she just likes to explore!

When I realised I had not seen her for a few minutes, I walked along a narrow point next to the house and suddenly heard her crying and scratching. But I couldn't see her and couldn't tell where the sound was coming from. There was a frantic 5 minutes while my friend and I looked all over the house and garden and even at the front of the house in case she had squeezed under the gate. I walked right past these pallets and didn't see her until the 2nd time I went past. There she was - trapped with her little nose sticking out. She had found her way in there, but she never can seem to find her way out of these tight spots.

She was very glad to be rescued and no harm was done! Cheeky girl!
