It has been a very tiring day. Set off on the road at 8.35 this morning and the traffic was horrendous. The funeral was at 11.30 in Aldershot Crematorium and due to traffic we were 10 minutes late. But at least we were present. And we didn't have to sing the overworked hymn but enjoyed singing And Did those Feet in Ancient Times.

After a gathering back in Cove at my Nephews house, we drove back to Fleet to see Grandma (Mr A's Mum) as she wouldn't come back to mix with us Peasants.

The above is the street scene at Alresford, where we used to live. I still love it dearly and it was good to bump into a few people who remember us.

We didn't get back home until 20.00, so a very long day. We took Phoebe with us and she was brilliant. Not a foot wrong and now absolutely pooped.

Friday fast approaching, and pleased no paid work tomorrow. As we are planning a BBQ in the evening for 2 couples who live close by. Hoping you have enjoyed your Friday and may I wish you a wonderful weekend.
