What catches your eye? Branches or window frame

I dashed out this afternoon to capture my blip. The light was fading and it was starting to drizzle so conditions weren't the best for a fantastically inspired image. Plus yesterday's blip of chequered reflections still lingered.

I love the surprise of seeing the picture enlarged on the laptop screen - you never know what imperfections you've captured. My eyes were immediately drawn to the state of the window frames which need some care, the appalling paintwork and the crackly black plastic stuck on the window. Now I hardly see the perfect tree, to me the picture is now about the wooden frame.
