Cliched

Bloody hell. I woke up with a sore foot this morning and a returning ganglion. This is a sack of synovial fluid that is typically painless but this one hurts. Fortunately, I won't be training in the next week because I'm at the ITERA adventure race as a volunteer from Saturday.

It was a 12 hour day at work so not much more happened. Sunsets are popular but so cliched! Ach.... But as I have nothing else to Blip and it's a cool one....
