Tai Chi - time for an update

Back at Manneminne to continue our Tai Chi training.
On the first course we got an excellent grounding and now, after a month of training at home, we can pick up a few more details on this short course. The points I learned today had to do with more subtle movements, the flow of chi, and to relax into the movements.
Back again tomorrow to practice the rest of our program.
We had an excellent swim in the sea at lunchtime from a beach and jetty that was part of the house Lars was staying in. Janet H took a good photo.
