Bimbling, Day...what day is it?

A wonderfully relaxed morning; a meander through the streets to the Amsterdam Museum. They've done a tour through 10 centuries of history in a sympathetic way. I almost never like these but this was especially well done. One of the end notes was about how the Netherlands was the first country in the world to legalise same sex marriage with the first weddings in April 2001. What a wonderful way to showcase the country's inclusivity to the world.

During a bimble back to the flat, I came across this lovely woman. She was lounging on the steps of a very expensive shoe shop, waiting for a friend. She seemed to me to be a vision of relaxation, vibrancy and beauty. She graciously allowed me to take her picture.
