The Welsh Hills

Years ago when H was young she decided she didn't want to travel to Wales over the mountains as it was too scary, so we told her we'd travel over the hills instead. Many trips to Wales later she suddenly realised she'd been conned, and wasn't pleased. It's still a family joke now, which way to travel, although she does have a point, there are some frightening drops at the side of the road in places.
