Fields of Gold

... not quite what I wanted to Blip, but after missing the light and opportunity this morning on seeing the gold lego baled fields this was as good as it got.

Had the luxury of some me time today...well.. a few hours to go up town and meet my friend H for coffee and to put the world to rights. On the way, I was stuck behind several tractors, so as I thought I was going to be late I couldn't stop and take photographs of some fabulous landscapes of the patchwork fields of green and gold in the lovely morning light.

So on the way back, I stopped but Farmer 1 had already moved the lego bricks. So off I went to another site, climbed a few barbed wire fences, (in totally inappropriate clothing and footwear) and tried to capture the lines and lines of undulating corn on the lower downs. I just wasn't in the right position and I was running out of time, as I had to get back home for a viewing on the house.

Reckon Farmer 2, will be stacking tall towers tomorrow, so I will be out again....
