Bright warm sunny day.

A busy day - at the Church Cafe we had fewer volunteers but more folk dropping in. We are encouraged by this, since some of the folk have real needs.

More or less straightaway I had another appointment at the Chiro Clinic - seems I hurt more after than before - but the nice lady tells me it is doing me good.

I had in mind this pedestrian walkway which spans the very busy Ring Road round north Dundee. We pass it several times a week and I had begun to think the spiral shapes might make an interesting blip. There is a spiral at both ends, with a long stretch in between and it is very high. It certainly could induce dizziness if you went up and down too fast - something which wasn't likely to happen to me.

Seems like we in the UK are meant to be in for a week or so of rain and gales caused by a tropical storm. Maybe if we are fortunate it will have lost its power before making landfall.
