Today was Daughter's exam.

In the morning she had to perform her monologue and duologue for the examination panel. In the afternoon she performed them to an audience.

It was good to see the difference the last five weeks have made. She was much more confident, her performance was much more relaxed and she walked around the stage spouting Shakespeare with ease. It was so good I can even forgive the swearing in the contemporary piece!

This is her favourite photograph, of possibly her favourite actor, hanging outside the theatre that she performed in. She has now dropped 'McAvoy' and just calls him James.
