Settling Down for the Night

This pair of Spotted Doves sleep in our palm tree each night. They are quite delightful apart from the fact they crap over everything. I thought tonight I would get organised and blip them but they wanted their privacy so, as I was getting the step ladder in position, they fluttered and relocated onto a frond that was much more difficult. I think they did well to move in the near darkness without getting spiked!
