I have the pleasure to facilitate the Finance module of the Chef Excellence training at the Gastronomische Bildungszentrum in Koblenz tomorrow. Tonight I was invited to join the group dinner at "Alte Mühle ". The restaurant sells it's own wine. After having marvelled at the ripening Riesling in the vineyards, I saw these beautiful old wine crates. And here is my toast to a great vintage 2014...
