Green Man

We're lucky to live in a pretty place that has pubs like this, whose managers take a pride in its appearance. We're not as keen on the inside of this pub but it's certainly the prettiest Green Man I've seen in ages ;-)


We picked our first ever ripe fig this morning, I blipped the figs some time ago, 17th June, as they were looking promising but didn't believe they'd last the course. Well my goodness.........it was absolutely creamy, sweet and just so perfect, we were thrilled at last we had succeeded!!!
