Home grown!

They're not my favourite fruit and I've put off picking them as long as possible but today was blackcurrant day......and we now have Blackcurrant, Apple and Cassis Jam! Hoping it will go down well at our MacMillan Coffee Morning in September :-)

A dog walk with Mr Cakes and S, a meeting in town, some traffic chaos, recycling and a fish and chip tea for everyone. Not a bad day!
