Babies

Broad beans seem bit like babies: they're quite hard work, but lovely and worth the effort in the end. However, I would strongly advise never trying to prepare the former while holding the latter.

The allotment wasn't looking as bad as all that last night, especially considering the new regime of twenty minutes once every ten days. The elves have been in and picked a few things, but they missed two giant courgettes, which I expect I'll make into boring soup.
