Marmottes

Today Ethan tried something completely different - he had his first climbing lesson at the EICA! A few of his wee nursery pals have had a session over the past week so as soon as he found that out, of course he wanted to try too. He has enjoyed watching the climbers whenever we go to the soft play at the climbing centre but I don't think it had occurred to him that he could try it himself yet.

It was really busy there though and in the end the kids didn't actually get to do very much climbing on the main walls as other groups were hogging them. It was rather frustrating as I know his pals who were there earlier in the week got to do much more than he did. Still, he did enjoy the hour in the arena and then the kids had half an hour in soft play included in the session too.

A quick lunch in the café followed before we had to tank it home as we had Ethan's friend Adam coming round for a wee playdate.

As I didn't have time to go shopping today, hubbie suggested we eat out for dinner, so Pizza Express it was!
