Need a good wash ?

Easily done in a waterfall ....
Today we went 'gorge scrambling' ... When Mr W said to me let's go gorging I thought he meant stuff my face on cakes and sweet treats... Git.
To be honest it was brilliant but my legs are bruised and my hips hurt and I have cut my shin !!!
Lucy was awesome and even on the hard bits where we need the ropes and stuff she did it very well,she's a brave little lump is Lucy.
Last night we ended up going for dinner with Bernard poet and Blousey Brown the blippers,it was lovely ,great company and good food, Lucy was disgusting and treated B to one of her specialist 'fart canons ' .. Luckily at the time she did her 'trick' we were outside and the wind was blowing away from B ...
