Jousting

Went with the meetup group to the Loxwood Joust. Such a good day out!

The event exceeded expectations. When we arrived and saw a field we thought it a little small for all that had been promised but, a gap through a hedge took us to another world.

The jousts were choreographed to perfection. Birds of prey demonstrations of which this is an image, plenty of stalls to browse through and if you didn't want Hog Roast there was a choice of pizza pancakes and salad bars. The beer was good too!

No, it wasn't cheap at £15 a head but, we did get value for our money. There venue was well attended and once again I managed to loose a couple of members of the group. I can't keep tags on everyone but the lost souls seemed to care less and told me they had a wonderful day too!
