LUNCH

...with Nicky (an ex work colleague!) and Nina (still a work colleague!).
We went to dine up The Shard again.....it's great having connections with the chef....we got a free bottle of wine and an extra dessert again!!

Wonderful food again..
Great conversations...
Lots of laughs and now I've got aching cheeks!!!

and blooming blisters from my new shoes!!!!

TODAY'S SMILE:managed to swim 29 lengths in just under 30 mins!!!
