Just like a bath

OLYMPIC POOL

This is the outdoor pool at the gym I have recently joined and it's lovely to spend time in it whether it's rainy or sunny! This morning I did an aqua-fit class in the much cooler indoor pool then took myself out to the other pool to do a few lengths and soak up some rays.

THEN I went to the local metropolis to purchase a pair of reasonably priced trainers so I can go for my personal introduction to the gym machines with a young man called Joe on Friday! Not sure what to make of that at the moment. I'll let you know how I get on. I'm quite happy with swimming and cycling at the moment but as the nights draw in (EEEKKKK!) I might be more interested in the indoor gym type exercise.

Super handyman husband is off sailing with his brother for a couple of days so he could provide a much more watery Wednesday Blip but My contribution to the August challenge is this lovely pool.
